Sandy front desk 98,was helpful and walked us through our process and got what we needed with patience and understanding while being nice
I sometimes ignore the 1 and 2 star reviews, when there are so many good ones. We were passing through and found this hotel on line. It was clean and we were comfortable. No there was not a many item breakfast, but as long as they have good coffee, my husband is happy. The young lady who ran the front desk was very professional and kind. No, they do not have an elevator. It's 2 floors. Over all we were pleased.
Nice place to stay. Great staff they are very helpful and friendly. Location is perfect for shopping and eating. Great value for the money.
Day shift is great! Night shift sucks. We swimmer and someone had an incident in the pool and that guy left ot there til the next day for the morning shift to pick it.That was real rude. And we traded our towels and he gave us big towels so some of us couldn't shower cause he had no small towels due to something about housekeeping I think it all was a lie. They should get better night shift someone who actually cares. Day shift is great! Great attitude! Great service! And breakfast was trash he bring out cold muffins and bread and they only had coffee milk and cereal. Please don't til you call to make sure you get every penny worth. I had to walk to Walmart and spend out my pocket for breakfast that morning.
